Here’s a very cool new video about Alinea Restaurant by Lara and Martin Kastner, produced for the Tokyo Taste World Summit on Gastronomy, held February 9-12, 2009 in Japan.

It has shots of all sorts of techniques, including making things like Pillow of Lavender Air with the Volcano Vaporizer.

Makes you really want to go check it out, doesn’t it?
